Want a baby shower theme that feels sunny, colorful, and genuinely easy to host? A berry sweet celebration checks every box.
Strawberries, blueberries, and fruit-inspired details bring the charm, while the food and décor stay simple enough for any budget or skill level.
This roundup gathers 21 berry themed baby shower ideas — décor, cakes, desserts, and little finishing touches — all of them realistic to recreate at home.
1. “A Berry Sweet Baby Is on the Way” Welcome Sign
Welcome Sign
A statement welcome sign sets the tone before guests even reach the food table. Prop it by the entrance and dress it up with balloons, fresh berries, or a little greenery.
2. Strawberry Baby Shower Centerpieces
6 Centerpieces
For centerpieces, think small berry baskets, glass bowls piled with fresh strawberries, or simple flower arrangements with berries nestled between the blooms. They look classic and pull double duty as part of the décor.
3. Strawberry Themed Baby Shower Balloon Garland
Balloon Garland
Build the garland from reds, blush pinks, and soft greens to echo ripe and unripe berries.
Tuck in a few strawberry cutouts or berry-shaped balloons and the whole display instantly reads on-theme.
4. Berry Sweet Baby Shower Cake
Cake Topper
Keep the cake simple — a clean white or blush base finished with a handful of fresh strawberries or a mix of berries never goes out of style.
Quick Berry Shower Tip 🍓 Choose a single berry to lead — strawberry or blueberry — and let it set your main color, then bring the other berries in as small accents. The party looks pulled together, and you won’t end up buying double the decorations.
5. Strawberry Baby Shower Cake (Shortcake Style)
A layered strawberry shortcake, or a tray of mini shortcakes, brings a nostalgic feel that guests of every age love.
6. Strawberry Shortcake Baby Shower Dessert Table
Center the dessert table on shortcake cups layered with whipped cream and sliced strawberries, and the whole spread takes on that classic strawberry shortcake look.
7. Fruit Baby Shower Parfait Cups
Layer yogurt, granola, and berries in clear cups for a sweet that is inexpensive, simple to assemble, and pretty enough to photograph.
8. Berry-Inspired Baby Shower Cookies
Cookies
Decorated sugar cookies — strawberries, baby bottles, or little plaques lettered with the theme — are the kind of detail guests love to photograph.
9. Strawberry Lemonade Drink Station
A big dispenser of strawberry lemonade with lemon slices floating in it pulls the drink station into the fruit theme with almost no effort.
10. Blueberry Themed Baby Shower Color Palette
Blueberry Arch
If pink is not your thing, soft blues paired with cream and greenery give the theme a calmer feel that works beautifully for blueberry-inspired showers.
11. Blueberry Baby Shower Cupcakes
Cupcake Toppers
Top gentle vanilla or lemon cupcakes with blueberry buttercream, or simply set a few fresh blueberries on each one for a classic finish.
A simple berry or floral topper ties them into the theme, and cupcakes are always easy to serve and display.
12. Mixed Berry Grazing Board
Fill a board with strawberries and blueberries alongside cheese, crackers, and a little chocolate for a spread that feels grown-up but still on-theme.
13. Berry Basket Table Decor
Baskets
Line mini baskets with gingham napkins and scatter them around the tables as décor — or fill them and send them home as favors.
14. Strawberry Baby Shower Favor Jars
Mini Jam Jar Stickers
Tiny jars of jam or honey finished with a “Thanks Berry Much” tag are an easy favor that fits the theme perfectly.
15. Berry-Themed Baby Shower Photo Backdrop

Give guests a photo spot with a balloon wall, a gingham backdrop, or a berry-themed sign, and the pictures will take care of themselves.
16. Berry Sweet Baby Shower Donut Wall
A pegboard or stand covered in strawberry-glazed and berry-drizzled donuts makes a dessert display guests can see across the room.
Add a small “Berry Sweet Baby” sign or a few soft florals so it reads clearly as a baby shower piece.
17. Berry Sweet Baby Shower Cupcake Stand Display
Cupcake Tower Display
Instead of setting cupcakes flat on the table, arrange them on a tiered stand with fresh berries, greenery, or tiny flowers tucked between the layers.
That one change turns an ordinary dessert into the centerpiece of the table and lifts the whole berry theme.
18. Fruit-Inspired Baby Shower Games
Baby Shower Games Bundle
Keep the games light and optional — a “Guess the Berry Count” jar or a set of berry-shaped bingo cards is plenty.
19. Berry Sweet Baby Shower Favors
Printable Shower Favor
Small candles, wrapped candies, or seed packets tied up with twine make sweet favors that never feel overdone.
20. Berry Sweet Baby Shower Place Settings
Plates and Napkins
Berry-colored napkins, fruit-shaped napkin rings, or a small bowl of strawberries at every seat make each place setting feel styled.
It is one of the easiest ways to carry the theme across the whole room without piling on more décor.
21. Strawberry & Blueberry Combo Theme
Decorations Kit
Can’t pick just one berry? Mixing strawberries and blueberries gives you a sweet, intentional palette that also happens to be gender-neutral.
Why a Berry Sweet Baby Shower Just Works
Part of the appeal is how forgiving this theme is — it feels special without making the host stressed.
Go all-in on strawberries, keep things soft with blueberries, or blend the two for a fruit-inspired look; every version is simple to customize and genuinely hard to get wrong.
Choose a handful of favorites from the list above, stick to a simple palette, and let the berries carry the party.
What you end up with is a shower that feels cheerful, cohesive, and actually fun to put together.
